At SFYH, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If, for any reason, your piece does not meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return policy for your peace of mind.
14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Have original tags attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase or receipt

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@sfyh.co.uk so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are committed to making it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised products (if applicable in future collections)
- Sale items
- Pre-order items
Sale Items
All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund. Where possible, we are happy to offer an exchange (subject to size availability) or issue store credit.
Pre-order items (unless the item is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from the product description)

Faulty Items: If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We may request photographs and further information to assess the issue. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange.
Pre-order items are produced, reserved, or allocated specifically based on customer demand and are therefore considered final sale. Once a pre-order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Faulty Items: If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please get back to us within 3 days of receiving your order. We may request photographs and additional information to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect your eligibility for a refund, replacement, or exchange.
Exchanges
To ensure the fastest service, we recommend returning your original item first.
Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for your preferred size or style.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
